  1. 01<\/span>

    Sign in to your member account<\/h3>

    Use your member account to access aid requests. A public visitor cannot submit an aid application or upload sensitive documents.<\/p><\/div><\/li>

  2. 02<\/span>

    Start a Janazah aid request<\/h3>

    Choose the eligible household member and provide the information needed to explain the request.<\/p><\/div><\/li>

  3. 03<\/span>

    Provide the required documents<\/h3>

    Submit the death certificate and the funeral invoice or estimate, plus any additional documentation requested by ATG. Plus requests may require evidence relating to the additional aid sought.<\/p><\/div><\/li>

  4. 04<\/span>

    ATG verifies the request<\/h3>

    The team checks active membership, waiting periods, household eligibility, supporting documents, and the applicable service rules.<\/p><\/div><\/li>

  5. 05<\/span>

    Review and decision<\/h3>

    ATG considers the request against the available pool funds. A request may require more information, be approved, or be declined. Approval and payment are not guaranteed.<\/p><\/div><\/li>

  6. 06<\/span>

    Follow the outcome<\/h3>

    In the production member portal, review your request status and any instructions from ATG. Approved assistance follows the arrangements confirmed by the team.<\/p><\/div><\/li><\/ol><\/div>
